Not a fan of HP computers in general, but have to admit this does catch my eye for the same reason the MBP does with the design. Will do more research now.
Btw, for some reason this guy reminds me of “Handsome Bob” (British actor Tom Hardy) from the movie RocknRolla in the way he looks and speaks.
Alicia
They copied a MacBook Pro. Plain and simple.

@rimrocka7183 igniting temperature for magnesium is around 2000 degrees celcius. Doubt it will get that hot

Well, you have to consider the fact that its base product has better specs than the 17 inch macbook pro. So this things worst is more powerful yet cheaper than apples best (give or take a few pros and cons).
Bradley
why the hell does it look like a mac?
Beverly
this would be great if it was less than a macbook pro. but it isn’t and most people will perfer a mac. so its a bit of an issure. unless your a mac guy
Beverly
magnesium? so if it ever catches fire your fucked
Emily
well yeah i totally agree with you but this is the same price of the macpro soo Im prefering the pro cuz is more good looking and is good for what i want
Lois
I’m seriously looking into this one. It’s as beautiful as a Macbook Pro, only without the bothersome OSX.

@carloselizond0
Yes, Macbooks remain overpriced, because of their *current* horrid internal CPU/GPU/Overall features. Technology usually advances every 6months, and the current Macbook Pros have technology over 2 and a half years old…
So, HP Envy is technically ’5 generations’ ahead of the Macbook Pro based on technology… Hence, Macbook Pros are extremely overpriced for what they offer.
Sheila
Its always a copy of Apple…
